With the beginning of the 2024 season, we are thrilled to announce your all-new Player Portal. Within this portal, you will be able to book/cancel tee times, view your rainchecks, gift cards, loyalty points, update payment information and more! This step-by-step guide will teach you the ins-and-outs of our brand new Player Portal.
Create An Account
For non-members, you will need to create an account via foreUP to enroll. To do so, either select “Book a Tee Time”, “Player Portal”, or click the link below. Then, select “Log In” in the top right. From there, you will select “Sign Up For Free”. Fill out the following information and then either call or head into our pro-shop to get your Player Portal number.
Reservations
Under your “My Reservations” tab, you will be able to book future tee times, view and update current tee times, or cancel tee times. Instead of waiting on the phone, speed up your booking process and ensure your tee times don’t come off the sheet before you can get to them!
Rainchecks
Did the weather keep you from finishing your round? Make sure you head into the pro shop to get your raincheck for the remaining holes you did not finish and our pro shop team will get your raincheck added to your account. You can view all of your active rainchecks via the Player Portal to use for your next round.
Gift Cards
If you’ve received a gift card to Dub’s Dread, you can find the status of your gift card as well as the remaining balance via the Player Portal. There will be more guessing or stressing at the front counter of how much remains.
Loyalty Points
We are introducing our all-new loyalty program during the 2024 season. Every $1 you spend on property will earn you points that you can redeem on green fees, cart fees, or merchandise. 100 loyalty points = $5 off!
Credit Cards
Receive a new card and need to update your payment information? You can do so via the Player Portal with our secure, encrypted processor to ensure your payment information is up to date.
Account Information
Make all your necessary adjustments to your personal information on your account via the Account Information tab in the Player Portal. Whether you’ve moved, changed phone numbers, or need to change your password, all of this can be done in this one stop spot.
Email Subscriptions
Don’t forget about your upcoming tee times or events at the club. Subscribe to our email marketing to make sure you don’t miss out on updates to the facility, special offers, or even triple loyalty point days!
